This class was designed with the physical requirements of a fighter in mind. AMA fight conditioning is a circuit-based workout that has been formulated to specifically improve fitness attributes related to fighting, such as power and stamina. This is achieved through the combination of large free weight lifting movements, body weighted exercise and striking drills over varied intervals of work and rest. These work and rest intervals have been carefully calculated to mimic those that you would likely encounter in rounds of competitive fighting, making this training very specific and therefore extremely effective.
